INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 kilo chicken legs, thighs or whole sliced into serving parts
  • 1 medium onion peeled and sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 5 peppercorns cracked
  • 12 pcs Calamansi
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Canola oil
  • 1 cup water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • INSTRUCTIONS
     

    • Wash and clean the chicken and drain.
    • In an enormous bowl, join onions, garlic, peppercorns, Calamansi juice and soy sauce, at that point add the chicken and blend well.
